My Story

I create safe, nurturing spaces for women where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My work isn’t about telling you how to live your life — it’s about holding space, guiding, and co-creating your journey so you can uncover your purpose, trust your path, and step fully into your own growth.

After spending ten years teaching English in South Korea, I realized that while teaching was meaningful, it wasn’t my true purpose. I wanted to go deeper — to create spaces where women could explore, grow, and transform on their own terms. That’s when I shifted into transformational coaching.

I don’t see myself as a traditional life coach. I’m a facilitator of transformation. My work isn’t about giving you answers — it’s about helping you discover your own answers, supporting your growth, and walking alongside you as you explore your path.

Through a combination of self-study, reflection, one-on-one coaching, and Reiki, we create a space where transformation can happen naturally and safely — all online, so you can engage from the comfort of your own home. My programs are designed to help you learn, reset, and integrate insights into your life, at your own pace.

This is a co-created experience. I’m here to hold space, guide, and facilitate. You bring yourself, your willingness, and your curiosity. Together, we unlock clarity, empowerment, and alignment with who you truly are.

I truly believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. My purpose is to provide a space where you can explore your innermost thoughts, confront fears and limiting beliefs, and emerge stronger, more confident, and fully aligned with yourself.
